Mainly used for preparing metallographic specimens, fixing small specimens in standard sized embedded blocks for subsequent metallographic grinding, polishing, and observation
Advantage: Small samples are difficult to handle manually and grind, but now this equipment has solved this problem by embedding them into large pieces for easy grinding.
