Mainly used for cold extrusion forming of seamless tees below D250 and hot extrusion forming of seamless tees between DN250 and DN1020, with a maximum pressure of 3T and supporting a maximum tee wall thickness of 100mm; The three-way machine has a self weight of 320T and a 1.2-meter oil cylinder. In addition to what we can see on the ground, there is also a 2-meter-long buried part of the equipment underground.
Advantage: Technologically, we have achieved a breakthrough by using non-traditional vertical extrusion method to manufacture 45 degree angled tees. This technology is currently mainly applied in two pipe fitting factories in the south, and in Cangzhou, we are the first manufacturer to adopt this technology. This not only enhances our production capacity, but also strengthens our leading position in the industry.
