Mainly used for inner wall welding of various workpieces at positions 1G/2G, such as pipes, valve bodies, flanges, ball valves, reducers (big and small heads), V-grooves, etc.
Advantages: This is our independently developed third-generation welding equipment, which adopts advanced three pulse hot wire TIG welding technology and XYZ three-axis automatic control system, dual tungsten dual wire configuration, leading domestic welding technology, and achieves a maximum welding rate of 1800mm per minute. This technology not only increases production capacity by about 15%, but also effectively extends the service life of workpieces and reduces production costs.
